12" Primary Shutoffs

The 12" Primary Shutoff comes with standard neck lengths of 6", 12", or 15". The weldable base is 12.25" OD. This unit features heavy duty wing nuts, 6" stainless steel float ball, an easy access design, and a clamp-on ball seat. Elbows and hose shanks are extra.

Low Profile 12" Primary Shutoff

The Low Profile 12" Primary Shutoff minimizes the overall height of the vacuum tank because the low profile design is more compact (only 7.25" tall). This saves you 5" off the standard height on our regular primary shutoff. Features easy access for cleanout and is equipped with 3 heavy duty zinc plated wingnuts and eyebolts. Positive shutoff with a 6" stainless steel float ball and clamp on ball seat. Standard neck length of 6". The weldable base is 12.25" OD.

21" Primary Shutoff

Our 21" Primary Shutoffs come with standard neck lengths of 6 or 12". They feature an easy access design, zinc plated heavy duty wing nuts, a 6" stainless steel float ball, and a clamp-on ball seat. Elbows and hose shanks are extra.

2/4/5 Gallon Secondary Shutoffs

The 2, 4, and 5 gallon secondary shutoffs are more compact, lighter weight, and can be used for portable toilets, septic tanks, grease traps, commercial holding basins, car wash pits, and tank trailers. The Secondary Shutoff is efficiently designed to help eliminate excessive pump wear and damage in the event any material escapes past the primary shutoff. It is equipped with a rubber shutoff seat, 4" stainless steel float ball, 1" drain valve, and 1/4" fitting for a vacuum/pressure gauge. The 4 and 5 gallon models are equipped with a 2" sight eye. Elbows, hose shanks, and nipples are extra and available in 1", 1.5", 2" and 3" sizes.

2" Plastic Secondary Shutoffs

This secondary shutoff is made of heavy duty nylon plastic that has a maximum working pressure of 70 PSI. The lower half is made of clear mackrolon material with a 3/4" ball valve drain. Equipped now with 3" size fittings instead of metric sizes. Available 2" or 3" Plastic Secondary Shutoffs.

Secondary Moisture Trap

This Secondary Shutoff is available in either 10 or 12 gallon sizes. It features an easy access design, zinc plated heavy duty wing nuts, 6" stainless steel float ball, clamp-on ball seat, and 1" drain valve. Elbows and hose shanks are extra and available in 2", 3", and 4" sizes.

14 Gallon Horizontal Secondaries

The 14 Gallon Horizontal Secondary Shutoff includes these features.

Final Filters

The final filter is a wire mesh type filter designed to stop small particle from entering the pump. Equipped with brass wire mesh that can stop particles down the .02", resulting in longer vane and pump life. The final filter comes standard with threaded nipples.

Silencer-Oil Separator

The Silencer/Oil Separator is uniquely designed to silence the vacuum pump and catch the used pump oil. The muffler is equipped with 4" size openings and a 1" drain valve.

Vertical Oil Catch Mufflers

The upright oil catch muffler, cyclone intake and baffle system catches the vacuum pump oil and helps to quiet the vacuum pump noise. The muffler is equipped with a 1" drain valve.

Horizontal Oil Catch Mufflers

In the horizontal oil catch muffler the air intake system catches the vacuum pump oil and helps to quiet the vacuum pump noise. The muffler is equipped with a 1" drain valve. The muffler comes with 2" and 3" OD size tubing.

17, 20, 25" Manways-Gasket in Lid

Manways are available in 17, 20, 21, 25, or 36" diameter with standard neck lengths at 6 or 12" the weldable base is made of 1/4" steel. These units feature zinc plated heavy duty wing nuts, 5/8" zinc plated eyebolts, zinc plated clevis pins, zinc plated rool pins, 3/16" steel construction and NEW one piece design brackets for superior performance.

5" Sighteyes

The 5" sight eye incorporates a high tinsel strength glass lens for quick fluid level reference. Any number may be welded on he tank in any position. The lens is removable for rapid cleaning and encased in a mild steel weldment body. The body is available in either steel or aluminum and is equipped with a removable lens for easy cleaning.

3" Sighteyes

Heavy duty construction with plastic lens, rubber O ring, and heavy duty steel weldable base. Available in 2" or 3" sight eyes.

Liquid Level Indicator

Simple construction allows a the liquid level indicator to be economically priced. Available with a plastic or Stainless Steel ball.

Sight Tube

Sight tube relays the exact level of liquid in a tank. The tube incorporates1-1/2" plastic tube with clean-outs at both ends.

Vacuum Relief Valve

Designed to maintain maximum pressure without causing overheataing. Vacuum relief valve is adjustable to allow cooling air to circulate at less than full vacuum.

Pressure Relief Valve

Protects vacuum pressure systems from excess pressure. Adjustable valve allows proper settings for different applications.
