Standard ground shipping from UPS or Fedex will be used to ship most items. Truck freight is used for larger items and will require someone to be present with a forklift to unload.

Some products must be delivered to a commercial establishment only.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). If you have a return you must call us first at 866-383-6304 for your RMA#. Any product accepted for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless it is replaced with another product purchased from morousa.com. Item must be returned in good condition including all original packaging and paperwork. Refunds will be credited back to your credit card excluding freight charges. No returns accepted on special orders or after 30 days from date of purchase. All international orders are final.
If any product arrives damaged, save the shipping container and notify the shipper immediately. Please do not return damaged or broken products or you may not have a right to file a claim with the carrier. You must contact Moro USA, Inc. within 5 days. Send/email pictures of the damaged product packaging and damaged product. Upon receipt of same, we will contact the carrier.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the customer. We have no control over customs, duties, or import fees and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Morousa.com is not responsible for determining the cost or collection of these fees. All international orders are final.
